The girl in room 105 by Chetan bhagat for those of you who don't know who Chetan bhagat is he is the most famous Indian author columnist and screenwriter who's written 12 books five of his novels have been adapted into Bollywood films and even won the Filmfare for the best screenwriter for kai po che! in 2014. 

Chetan Bhagat is the elimination of IIT Delhi and IIM Ahmedabad and most of his stories revolve around college life which is the primary reason why he is popular amongst millennials he is the main reason why college-going students started reading

The story revolves around Keshav rajpurohit who is a former IIT Delhi student and works at a jay coaching institute and his best friend and colleague Saurabh, kesher was in a relationship with Zara who was a Muslim girl and was studying PhD at IIT Delhi.

Both of them met at rendezvous 2010 the fest of IIT Delhi and they dated for three years, their love story came to an end when their family fought over religious issues Zara started dating Raghu who was a classmate of Keshav and a millionaire while Zara moved on Keshav never did, 

On Zara's birthday, Keshav controls his urge to call and wish her at midnight at three in the morning he receives a text from her asking him why hadn't washed her and calling him to a hostel room 105. when Keshav enters the room his life changes forever.

I cannot reveal much without giving any spoilers but this book is definitely a must-read, a sequel to this book name one arranged murder is published on 28 September 2020 and I have already published a review of this book.

This book consists of 305 pages and is of the genre fiction goodreads.com rated this book 3.5 stars out of 5 but I would give it 4.5 stars out of 5.

Even though this book had the typical Chetan Bhagavata feels i think everybody should read the girl in room 105 at least once.
