Book Review:
Bhaṃvara Meghwanshi is known as the author of the first systematic exposition of Hinduism. He did this by defining Hinduism from the perspective of a friend and follower of Christ.
He also defines what it means to be a Hindu in a way that rejects caste and idolatry. This book is a great resource to understand what being a Hindu means.
When defining what it means to be a Hindu, Bhaṃvara includes the following elements: ethical monotheism, ethical dualism, ethical evolution, ethical science, ethical philosophy, worship of deities and more.
In other words, he includes many of the commonly understood aspects of what it means to be a Hindu. Many people think they know what it means to be a Hindu, but Bhaṃvara's definition shows how far off the mark most self-identifying Hindus are. That is because they have been taught inaccurate assumptions about their religion.
