Book Review:

This book is about how we can live healthier lives without sacrificing our taste buds.

I love books that have a message behind them. I think they're great if they help people understand something about themselves or their world. So I was excited to read this book. I thought it would be a fun way to learn more about myself and my relationship with food.

I'm not sure what I expected to find out about myself, but I didn't expect to learn so much! I learned a lot about myself and how I eat. I learned that I don't always feel hungry even though I'm eating a lot.

I learned that I really enjoy certain foods and that I need to try some things that I've never had before. I learned that I am a picky eater at times. I learned that I sometimes get bored with food. And I learned that I do not like broccoli.

Overall, I enjoyed reading this book. I liked learning about myself and my relationship with food. I'd recommend this book to anyone who wants to learn more about themselves and their relationship to food.
